Return Issues

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been installed or adhesive tape has been applied. International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and a tracking number must be provided. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Fitment issues

If your item doesn’t fit or isn't quite right, please upload a few photos so we can take a closer look.
We're happy to provide a free replacement to make things right.
If the replacement still doesn’t work out, we’ll issue a full refund no questions asked!

Damages and issues

Inspect Your Order Upon Arrival. If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t match your custom order, please take clear photos and contact us right away. After reviewing the issue, we’ll gladly provide a replacement steering wheel wrap.

Change of Mind

All of our products are handcrafted to your exact specifications, making each item uniquely yours. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns due to a change of mind, as these items cannot be resold.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
